Hi we are the Ball Green Warriors, we began playing together on the Park in Ball Green in 2022, we had no pitch, no kit and could hardly kick in a straight line - but we were only 8yrs old! After a few months with the help of Ball Green Academy, part of the Ladsndads Grassroots football charity we had a manager, assistant manager, coach, treasurer and very excitingly a new kit! We have played together now for three years. We've won trophies and progressed up the grassroots league - we have learnt so much and grown so much as a team. All the people who have helped us have done so as volunteers and now we want to do something to give something back, so we've decided to race in the Potters 'Arf this year to raise funds for our team. The money raised will pay for bigger winter training pitches and new kit - you see we just seem to keep on growing!
