Urgent: Help Bali’s Puppies Survive and Thrive

Every day in Bali, hundreds of puppies are abandoned, abused, or at risk of being killed and they need your help to survive.

Hi, we’re Sophie and Luke!

We’re raising funds to support Aseman Bali Dog Shelter, run by an incredible Indonesian family whose entire lives are devoted to saving dogs. Their home has literally been taken over by the dogs they love and care for, over 400 dogs now call the shelter home. Every day, they rescue dogs and puppies who are abandoned, abused, poisoned, or at risk of being killed for dog meat.

Right now, the shelter is facing a crisis. Puppies who are rescued need to be kept separate until fully vaccinated to reduce the risk of disease, but the space available is tiny and overcrowded. The family is heartbroken as they rescue more and more puppies every day, desperately trying to give them a safe place to grow strong.

Our story with Aseman:

In 2024, we found two abandoned puppies on Nusa Penida, a small island off Bali. We couldn’t leave them behind, but after contacting over 20 shelters across Bali, only Aseman Bali Shelter said yes. They not only took the puppies in but nursed them back to health and gave them the love and care they needed. Sadly, Penny passed away due to blood parasites, but Nelly is thriving and we’ll soon be bringing her back to the UK.

Now, we want to help the family build a Puppy House, a safe haven where rescued puppies can get a second chance at life.
