Dear Primrose Families:
As many of you know, Jess Baldera tragically and suddenly lost her husband, Ryan, on November 7th, 2019. Jess has been with us since we opened, starting in the infant program. She has helped care and educate so many of our students that are now in older classrooms.
Their son, Hunter, was born in August 2019, and just a few months later, Hunter lost his father.
Many of us spent time with Ryan last Friday during the Halloween parade as he proudly carried Hunter around school.
Ryan was a kind and generous man, always thinking of others. He was a loving husband and dedicated father. He worked hard to provide for his newborn son, and has sadly been taken from Hunter too soon.
My name is Urvi Athia, and my husband Beau and I own the childcare where Jess works and Hunter attends. We set up this fund specifically to support Ryan's wife and son, by helping to cover the costs of Ryan's funeral and to support Jess and Hunter through a difficult road ahead. Any contribution is appreciated, and will go directly to Jess. We will also continue to seek ways to support Jess and Hunter in the coming months.
