First, thank you again to everyone who helped me in my first GoFundMe for my name change.

Unfortunately, I am reaching out again—I have a balance with my lawyer that despite my best efforts, I cannot come up with.

A LITTLE BIT OF MY STORY: I had 9 years of sobriety and relapsed in 2024. A year ago, I went to treatment for 3 months. I engaged in aftercare (which I am still in), and I am currently on long-term disability. When I inquired about the process of returning to work in June 2025, I was informed that my position was eliminated. I have been applying and interviewing for jobs for months now. I have decided that I will go full-time with my private practice.

My name is going on so many documents and it would mean the world to me to finish this almost year-long process of changing my name.

It's been a long year, but I am determined to continue to grow personally and professionally.
