Bakery Relocation and Site Development Costs

Luckee Dutch Bakery is seeking funds to restore and upgrade our new site.

Who we are: We are a family owned and operated bakery that has been in business for 8 years. We recently lost our lease from our previous landlord and had to move to a new location in 30 days. With such short notice, we didn't have a lot of time to prepare for this unexpected situation.

Facing new challenges: We are fortunate to have found a new site, having moved into Honest Chocolates' former Newberg location. But with this location comes financial challenges.

Financial requirements: Our new site needs upgraded plumbing per state law. The electrical capacity is inadequate at this premise and will limit our production.

What we are seeking: The ultimate goal is to increase the amount of the menu items we are able to offer. And to improve the environment where we offer it.
