Baja California Wildfires

Hi Everyone....  My name is Yolanda Guzman Kelly, I’m a San Diego resident....
As some of you are aware and if not I will definitely explain. Every year in California we get the Santa Ana’s winds which cause wildfires which come to great losses for so many people. This year fortunately it has not hit as harsh as other times... Unfortunately it happened south from San Diego, south the border (Mexico)which is Tijuana, Tecate, Rosarito and Ensenada.  These people from some communities have lost everything, the little they had is gone. Fires have been going on for now three days, we are so grateful for the firefighters that have been working non stop and as well as civilians who have helped since obviously they don’t count with the same support we would get here in San Diego County or anywhere in California. It’s almost two months until Christmas so I’m trying and a whoever wants to join to get as much of donations as possible. A dollar, two would really help at this point, we Can definitely start helping by buying canned food, hygiene items, material to at least start building little brick houses... anything in need The number of people who were damaged by this ( not counting the people who lost their life) are so many. Please help us help them. Our Goal is to get a roof over their heads, help them start with something .... brick/ wood houses, let’s units for a good cause ! The two families I’m focusing right now are the Macias and Rodriguez. For Rodriguez we’re trying to build her walls and a roof where she can sleep, since she’s sleeping in tents. For the Rodriguez, they live in a ranch with so many animals... horses, cows, sheep, chickens. They also lost their homes but are only asking help for food for the animals. 

As the days go on, more people want to join the team. This money will go directly to my bank account, since we really don’t want to just hand it to an organization without knowing where the money is going. I’m going to be responsible of handing the cash to my team for material, collecting every receipt since I want to make sure everything we gather in donations is only to benefit the needed. Decided to do it this way because this way, the money we get is public to the eye, I will be notifying in updates how many money has been spent and what has been bought. Everything will be paid cash.  Was already interviewed by NBC and Telemundo, more public and transparent as it can be, please help.
