In the early morning hours of April 13, 2020, Skylar Rae made her arrival into this world in a most unexpected way. Bailey suffered a placental abruption and Skylar was born via c-section after being quite some time without oxygen. 

Skylar has been diagnosed with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy or HIE for short. Due to the loss of oxygen in her blood, a shortage of blood flow to the brain had occurred and resulted in brain damage. 
Charlie, Bailey, the Allen Family, the Hinkle Family and the Grigsby Family are forever grateful for your prayers during this unprecedented time in our world and in their lives.

Bailey and Charlie will now need financial support to help with medical expenses and any other result of Skylar's diagnoses.
