This is my cat and buddy. His name is Bailey. Every night when I come home from work, he's the first one to greet me, and every morning, he's outside my bedroom door doing the same. He's such a gentle and loving cat.

At last year's check-up with the vet, they told me that his teeth are rotting and need to be extracted; otherwise, it's just going to cause him more health issues. Poor guy's breath smells really foul. Lately, he's been really struggling to breathe. He's been wheezing, and it's really got me worried.

Unfortunately, to have his teeth extracted is over $1,200, close to $1,300. I just can't afford it, with taxes for the property coming up and recent financial issues. A dear friend of mine suggested I start a GoFundMe account. I couldn't imagine life without my buddy. Normally, I would not ask for a handout, but I don't know what else to do.
