Hi there my name is kirsty , and this is Bailey, Bailey went missing on the 20/11/2025 he came back late this afternoon hobbling after 6 days of being missing

i took him to the vet they gave him pain relief to get him through till tomorrow for his sedation and xray in the morning and the vet bills alone are costing me ,to get xrays / sedation/painkillers /surgey and aftercare all in is around £950 nearly £1000 they did quote this to be 600 initially but going on the xrays in the morning showing pictures down below in updates ,

They may still need to amputate as they get in there it could be more extensive when they open the leg up , hopefully it won't go down that road

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it

Just an update Bailey had his xray today and his leg is badly fractured it can be repaired with a pin he is due to get his surgery tomorrow morning praying everything goes ok

I just want to thank everyone who has donated money to help cover the costs I am having to use money put buy for Christmas all in its costing £950 to get this done including xrays as well so please share with family and friends

Bailey still hasnt had his surgery on his leg yet 28/11/2025 he was prepped for surgery his leg was all shaved and she had to stop as he wasnt breathing right , she checked his heart and lungs his heart is fine but his lungs have some build up fluid need to keep an eye on him over the next few days and take him back first thing Monday morning will keep yous all posted

She said the buid up fluid will be down to the trauma of the impact of being hit by a car she said it should go away on its own x
