Bailey M Cloutier Memorial Scholarship Fund
To honor our beloved Bailey we are establishing a scholarship in her memory. This fund will be a unique and special scholarship to commemorate Bailey' s spirit, drive and legacy. Bailey's family will share more information in the new year.
God knows we lost her too young, yet her legacy and spirit will remain splendidly bright. For those who knew her, we are the lucky ones. For those who never met her- let us say she was amusing, delightful and inspirational!
As her parents have shared 'Bailey collected people as she went through her life, considered everyone she loved family, and was the most giving soul many have ever met.'
