Bail for man beat by police and arrested

Man was wrongfully arrested  for assault on a police officer. While the man was already in handcuffs and restrained, video footage shows officers striking and slamming the man in the snow. Furthermore another officer Is shown striking him with blows while the man was strapped to a medical gurney. The man suffers from mental health issues and was on medication at the time of incident. His Family was able to get a bond reduction on his behalf but are still $4800  short. Please help this family Bring this man home so he can get the medical care he requires while he awaits trial.
