Hurricane Dorian  hit The Bahamas (my home) as a category 5 storm, devastating Abaco and parts of Grand Bahama. 

My passion and work is in education, currently as Chief of Staff for Graduate Education at the University of Minnesota.  I'm looking to
raise $15,000 in one week to assist rebuilding the Central Abaco Primary School, and in support of the many children affected by this catastrophic storm.

Thanks to all of you who donated to this campaign.  I'm touched by the outporuing of support. 

I will be closing the campaign on Friday (10/18/19) and will withdraw funds to my personal bank account from which ALL monies from the campaign will be delivered to NEMA, P.O.Box N-7147, Gladstone Road, Nassau, Bahamas.  The funds will be earmarked for the Central Abaco Primary School and Lady Minnis (Prime Minister Minnis) has graciously promised to ensure this delivery to the school as part of her initiative.
