For most, our monthly cycle is NOT something we look forward to, and certainly something not many are willing to discuss.  Many feel ashamed to talk about their need for feminine products.

 Feminine hygiene products cost about $70 each year.  Which to most, isn't too hard to come by. But for those already struggling to make ends meet, the necessities are considered "luxury items".  Unfortunately, homeless shelters have limited resources, and sometimes are not able to meet the demands of each person. Menstrual cups are the most cost effective solution, and we order according to what each woman feels comfortable using.

It's also important to remember, women are homeless for different reasons than men, one in five cases is directly linked to domestic violence, and about 56% of homeless women have been sexually assaulted.

This is not only a national issue but a global issue, every woman deserves to feel clean and confident.  Our mission is to help make that possible. This project is for ALL people. Non-binary/Trans Included
