Hello, this is Bagheera and she is part of the feral cat colony outside.

So far, I've tamed/domesticated two ferals and brought them inside - Rorschach and French Fry - but Bagheera has always had a more timid, more feral personality and so I've been unable to bring her in.

My job is on the line and so now is not a great time to spend a few hundred dollars treating a feral cat when I have three indoor cats that also have bills.

I say my job is on the line because federal funding has been frozen and so we are no longer getting the grants and purchase orders in as expected and payroll is a problem. No one has been laid off yet but if things don't get funded soon we could be in serious trouble. (I help autistic folks and folks with other disabilities to find and maintain employment, and we receive government grants to do it that were not supplied for November)

I am asking for a little help to get Bagheera to a vet to fix her eyes. This is not a current picture, I will post a picture of her illness when I get a chance, her eyes are almost swollen shut and I fear that without antibiotics she will go blind. She also is wheezing and rasping and fluid is coming out of her nose. I want to see if she can be helped but I also have to save every penny right now in case I lose my job.

She has been trap-resistant in the past but I am going to go full tilt with trap disguises and tuna and all her favorite things. If I am able to trap her and get her to the vet I wil post pictures.

if I am unable to trap her and bring her to the vet I will be refunding people's money and sending it back
