We are Michael and Jasmijn Sandoval of Elysium Boutique Hotel and Restaurant,

We are young entrepreneurs with many years of experience in our profession. Trained in the kitchen under a 3 Michelin Star Chef, I, Michael Sandoval made it a goal to pursue my future in Europe with Jasmijn.

Building a business was a life-long dream for both of us. At the beginning of 2020, we embarked on the start of that dream and purchased the property that would house a restaurant and small Boutique Hotel in the South of Spain, Granada. Little did we know that 2020 would be a catastrophic occurrence for not only us but for the entire world. It has been one of many setbacks to our project, yet we have been diligent and successful in our forward movements.

As we continue the progress, we start 2023 with the desire to raise some money in effort to finish our project and open our doors.

The money that we will be raising will be used for our Boutique Hotel's furnishing purchases. We invite you to be a part of our growth and the beginning of an incredible future!

Please note that your participation (donation) in our project will be reciprocated.

All investments will be re-payed with complimentary visits to our property to enjoy the luxurious environment of our suites and culinary cuisine.

Each investment will be looked at in detail and structured by the amount given.

3-night stay at Elysium Boutique Hotel and a fine dining tasting menu for two with wine pairing in The Restaurant at Elysium.

Accommodations include: 60m2 apartment-style suites with a small kitchenette, large bedroom, living room and a spacious bathroom. The property includes a swimming pool and front, back and rooftop terraces that display incredible scenic views. Your stay will be complimented with a light breakfast prepared by Chef Michael.

7-night stay at Elysium Boutique Hotel (1 week) per year for the duration of 5 years. This larger investment grants you a complimentary 1-night stay every single year. This guaranteed reservation ensures the enjoyment of your vacation with us every year during the same season in the beautiful Province of Granada so that you may experience your own personalized "apartment" as your home away from home.
