Badly hurt dog from attack for Anthony Pryer

Hi there, I am trying to help a neighbor who reached out the Next Door app. His dog was attacked and badly hurt. Huge open gash in his belly and possibly broken bones. He has had a hard time financially lately. Trying to do anything we can to help this man and dog so neither are suffering. Please help this man and his Chihuahua.
