Badly broken and need help. Pride Aside.

Hey Friends, I really had to swallow my pride on this one. I had no choice I finally had to ask for help. On Halloween this year I was driving to work at 7a.m. and had a seizure behind the wheel of my truck and ran into the side of a building doing about 45mph. Rushed to the hospital where I found out I had fractured my left shoulder and broke my back in two places. Most friends know I was already down this year with one shoulder surgery for 6 months from a bike wreck. So who knows what will happen now. While in the hospital they found that the reason for the wreck was that I had a blood infection that had spread through my body and weakened it until I fell unconscious. I spent 12 days in the hospital and was released a few days ago. I’m only doing this because I will be down and out again for awhile with no income and virtually no way to pay these large stack of hospital bills mounting even with my health insurance. Friend or foe I could really use you help right about now. Anything helps. And when I bounce back from this I will find a way to make it up to everyone. It pains me so much that I had to make one of these. I threw some photos in there for perspective. This was the closest brush yet.
