Bacon needs surgery

Hope you all have been having a good New Years! I don’t use social media but I figured this incident was worth a discussion and some exposure. On January 10th, my seven year old German Shepard, Bacon got ran over by a car. The impact left him with three pelvic fractures and completely swollen leg. Bacon getting hit was not really anybody’s fault (as you can see in the attached video) but the worst part of it all is that the driver just kept on driving as Bacon was left in pain in the middle of the road.

His injuries were bad enough to require surgery, and as young dog owners we don’t have the means to afford the the entire cost of surgery. It’s been distressing so any advice or donations would be gratefully appreciated!
