Bacon Farms Rebuild Project

On September 11, Hurricane Irma devastated many families and businesses all across Florida. One of the family owned businesses affected was ours - Bacon Farms of Jacksonville Florida. I'm Freddie Bacon, the managing partner of a small farm supporting four individual families and for 9 years we have been providing fresh local produce to many families and restaurants in the Jacksonville area. We have no outside partners or financial support of any kind. Irma destroyed two-thirds of our kale greenhouse (roof, walls and foundation). We are already in the process of clearing debris and preparing to rebuild. The rebuilding process will take at least a couple of months and require significant financial resources. In order for us to continue providing for our families and our local community, your help is needed and will be greatly appreciated. Funds donated will be withdrawn and used only for the purchase of building materials (posts, lumber, plastic, metal trusses, etc.)
Thank you,
Bacon Farms
