I am on supplemental oxygen 24/7 and rely on an oxygen concentrator to breathe. Unfortunately, due to the dry conditions in my area, Xcel has planned power outages that leave me without my primary source of supplemental oxygen. This is a frightening situation, as I depend on this equipment for my health and well-being. Being on a fixed income makes it impossible for me to afford the backup power system I need to stay safe during these outages. These systems usually cost $15,000 or more.

Any money I raise will go directly toward installing a whole house backup power system, such as a Powerwall, to ensure I have a reliable source of electricity for my oxygen concentrator.
