We are looking for people to support us on our journey as a new organisation to assist us with our goals.
We are building an ever-growing database of Global Majority freelancers who work in technical and backstage theatre. This platform helps them to be seen; encourages and assists the industry to make more diverse creative teams. Our hope is to create safer working environments for these individuals.
Our database of freelancers in return aid our goal of encouraging and educating young people (mainly targeting those from Global Majority backgrounds) about the exciting careers in technical and backstage theatre, by participating in workshops and panel talks. They share their experiences, career journeys and advice as well as providing mentorship to those currently studying production arts.
By donating you will be supporting the work the freelancers do within university, schools, performing arts groups and local communities to reach these young people.
