Backing Heidi's Courageous Recovery
Donation protected
Hello, sweet friends, near and far.
As many of you know, Heidi has been bravely battling cancer since November 2010. Over the years, she’s shown us all what it truly means to fight with courage, resilience, and absolute grace. From the very beginning, her strength has been nothing short of inspiring—and though the road has been long and filled with challenges, we believe, more than ever, that she will come through this. We’re reaching out today with a heart full of hope and an unwavering belief that Heidi is going to heal and share her story to help others heal.
Originally diagnosed in 2010, Heidi went through chemo and radiation, fully focused on recovery. As it sometimes does, after years in remission, cancer did pop back up. In 2016, after a fall, Heidi’s cancer was found to have spread to her spine. Doctors told her she was just one wrong move away from paralysis, but Heidi didn’t let fear stop her. Instead, she doubled down on her fight, facing every new challenge head-on with determination and a belief that healing was still possible. Since then, she’s continued to defy the odds, never losing hope, and always looking forward to the next step in her healing journey.
Today, Heidi is faced with new challenges—her doctors have told her that there are no more traditional treatment options for her, and so we are embarking on a new journey. It is simply a new chapter. Heidi is now traveling back and forth to Houston, with her husband, Brent, where she will be exploring every available cancer trial, hoping to be approved for a treatment that will bring her closer to healing. And if the trials don’t work out, or she is not approved to join a trial, we’re committed to exploring every alternative option available to her—because we know, with certainty, that healing is happening within her. Heidi’s strength and belief in her recovery is unwavering, and we are all rallying behind her, ready to support her every step of the way.
Heidi has been living a very natural, non toxic lifestyle since she was introduced to the beauty of it. She believes fully in supporting the body's ability to heal, while also leaning on traditional treatments. She focuses on clean eating, using herbs and supplements, high vibin' foods, energies and essential oils for healing. She does not look sick, because she is not sick. Her body is just carrying some bad cells that we are focusing on removing.
As many of you know, Heidi has always found it hard to ask for help. She is fiercely independent and has always put others before herself. But right now, we know that in order for her to continue this fight, she needs the support of the people who love and care for her. That’s where you come in.
The funds raised through this campaign will help Heidi access the cancer trials in Houston, cover the cost of alternative treatments, and support her through the practical challenges of traveling and continuing her care. Insurance won’t cover everything, but we believe with your support, we can give Heidi the support that she deserves.
Heidi is brave, beautiful, and focused on her healing. She has an army of people who adore her and believe in her. And we know that with continued love, support, and determination, she will overcome this. We are not just hoping for a miracle—we are creating it, step by step, with every treatment, every prayer, high vibes and wishes, and every donation that will provide her with new opportunities.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of this journey. Heidi is not alone—she has all of us - and a big beautiful family with so many new grand babies, and two new dogs! Together, we will help her heal, fight, and live her best, healthiest life, inspiring us all along the way.
With love, gratitude, and belief in magic and radical miracles, I thank you. Heidi thanks you. Heidi's family thanks you. Please share this with anyone and everyone you can. And keep sharing... this campaign will not end. It will merely grow.

PS. We will continue to update through this fundraiser. Please comment and encourage Heidi. And also, please be respectful of how difficult this is and if you have suggestions for healing modalities, please send them to me directly. They can be very overwhelming and discouraging, even when the heart and intent is pure.
