Hi, I'm King and for those who don't know. I started as a food cart, worked my way up into a food hall, continued to do pop-ups and kitchen takeovers, and am now working on getting into a brick-and-mortar bar/restaurant!
I'm raising funds to move on to my next phase in the food industry: operating a bar/restaurant.
These donations will contribute as a stepping stone to our investor's agreement toward his investment.
My partner and I need to raise $25,000 in working capital before our investor puts up $100,000.
Funds will then be used to repair and purchase equipment needed to operate a full kitchen and back-of-house supplies, renovate and light remodel work for the front-of-house, Hire staff, signage, marketing, and everything else in between.
I also have a business plan written out with a more detailed structure and flow charts of projections on how the business would look, which I will happily email if you're interested in looking over.
