Hi, my name is Philip, and I'm the proud father of Ross, an incredibly dedicated and talented equestrian vaulter who has been selected to represent the United States at the FEI Vaulting World Championships for Juniors and Young Vaulters in Austria this year.
Ross is one of the top male vaulters in the country. He is deeply passionate about his sport, the horses who are his trusted partners, and the teammates who have supported him every step of the way.
This opportunity is the result of nearly two years of tireless preparation and dedication. Ross began crafting his routine 24 months ago, and over the past 18 months, he has competed across the country to earn qualifying scores, traveling to Utah, Colorado, California, and North Carolina. Earlier this year, he also had the chance to compete internationally in the Netherlands, further preparing him for the world stage.
As you can imagine, the costs of training, travel, competition fees, and horse care have added up significantly. While I am absolutely committed to supporting Ross in chasing this once-in-a-lifetime dream, we are approaching the limits of what we can manage on our own.
Your support will go directly toward covering Ross’ expenses for travel, training, and competition. Should we exceed our goal, any remaining funds will help Ross’ immediate family, myself, his mother, and his brother, travel to Austria to cheer him on. If we are fortunate enough to receive additional excess funds, we plan to use them to support his teammates who are also traveling to compete.
Thank you so much for considering a donation. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings Ross one step closer to proudly representing the USA on the international stage.
