Back Our Mate Fakhry: Help Him Recover After a Stroke

On Thursday, 24 April, one of our colleagues and friend, Fakhry Kholfan suffered a sudden and severe stroke that dramatically changed the course of his life.

This unexpected and devastating event has left Fak unable to work and facing a long and uncertain road to recovery. As a deeply valued member of the Woollam team, Fak is known not only for his dedication and work ethic, but for his kindness, his laughter, and the love he shares with those around him.

At home, Fak is a devoted husband to Reem and a proud father to two beautiful boys – Hakeem (3) and Raffie (2). The emotional and financial toll of this situation has been heartbreaking for the family. With mounting medical bills, ongoing rehabilitation costs, and daily living expenses, Fak and Reem are now navigating one of the toughest challenges of their lives — all while trying to remain strong and present for their young children.
