Help Grant Represent Haiti at the FIFA U17 World Cup!
My name is Grant Leveille, I’m 17 years old, from Brooklyn, New York, and I’m proud to play goalkeeper for D.C. United’s Academy U18 team.
This year, a dream I’ve worked toward my whole life became real: I’ve been selected to represent Haiti on the National U17 Team at the 2025 FIFA World Cup in Qatar this November.
Soccer has always been more than just a game for me—it’s been my passion, my purpose, and my way of honoring where I come from. To step onto the world stage wearing Haiti’s colors isn’t just my dream—it’s a chance to inspire other young athletes who look like me and remind them that anything is possible with hard work and faith.
But dreams like this don’t come without challenges.
Securing my Haitian passport was a long, difficult process due to the political unrest in Haiti. After months of setbacks, we are finally at the finish line—but the costs of this journey are heavy. Travel, training, and essential equipment all add up, and without help, I won’t be able to take full advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
And this is bigger than just one tournament. Playing in the U17 World Cup means exposure to professional trials and international scouts—a real pathway to earning a pro contract and building a future in the sport I love.
That’s why I’m reaching out to you.
Your support—whether large or small—will go directly toward making sure I can represent Haiti proudly on the world stage. Together, you’re not just funding one player’s journey. You’re helping write the story of a young Haitian-American athlete chasing history, and you’re fueling a dream that could change the course of my life.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me and standing with me. Let’s show the world the strength, resilience, and pride of Haiti—one save at a time. Every donation brings me closer to Qatar. Will you help me get there?
