Tax deductible
Support our creation of EVERYONE’S A HAMLET for Playground's Free-Play Festival in August 2025 - Written & Performed by Tom Bentley-Fisher & Michelle Haner , Developed with Artistic Collaborator Joshua Waterstone
Ay! Something is rotten in the state of Denmark! Tyranny, madness, chaos, and corruption. Sound familiar? And midst it all, what will the Hamlets - the lovers of law, culture, education, and theater - do about it? How can the Prince of Denmark reach across time to shake us into action?
Thanks to an invitation (and fiscal sponsorship) from Playground, we can’t wait to share EVERYONE'S A HAMLET, in the Free-Play Festival. You can see it LIVE (in the Bay Area - at the Potrero Stage) or LIVE-STREAMED (from anywhere!). 50 minutes on August 23 (12pm) & August 24 (12pm and 8pm).
However, we need support to meet some basic costs (rehearsal space, designer fees, publicity, etc.) Please consider making a TAX-DEDUCTIBLE DONATION to support our project. Any amount is appreciated!
For a tax-deductible donation of $20 or more, we’ll pre-reserve a free ticket for the show (in person or live-streamed) to the performance of your choice.
We have other incentives if you can donate a bit more. (So, yes, this is a great way to advance-buy your ticket… and get other gifts & services too.)
For donations of $45 or more, you’ll get TWO tickets - as well as free pre-show drinks & snacks.
For donations of $100 or more… you get 2 tickets, drinks, etc. AND a free, signed copy of Tom’s just-released book, The Boy Who Was Saved by Jazz (mailed to you, or collected at the door).
For donations of $200 or more - you get ALL THE ABOVE … and a free 40-minute audition or public speaking coaching session (on Zoom) with Michelle.
For $300 or more - you get all of the above, and a 40-minute coaching session on Zoom with Tom.
Donations of any amount will help support this new devised piece, inspired by Hamlet, produced by blue monkey works (fiscally sponsored by Playground) in collaboration with the Yat-Bentley Centre. Thanks for supporting original new work & live theater in the Bay Area & beyond!
