Hi, I’m Teresa Villa, founder of Villa Professional Solutions and creator of the Justice Engine.
This year, our work has been honored on the global stage: Villa Professional Solutions has been selected as one of only five nominees worldwide for the AI & Automation Vanguard Award at the inaugural Nexus Awards 2025 in San Diego, CA. ✨
What makes this moment even more meaningful is that the Justice Engine was built without venture capital, without grants, and without outside funding—just determination, lived experience, and community support. We’ve proven that innovation doesn’t require millions of dollars in investment; it requires vision, grit, and a belief that justice belongs to everyone.
This award recognizes innovation that blends marketing technology, artificial intelligence, and automation to create real, transformative impact. For us, that impact means building survivor-led, Latina-led, disability-rooted solutions that prove technology can serve justice and empower communities.
But here’s the challenge: while we’ve been nominated, the journey to San Diego isn’t funded. We need your help to cover:
• ✈️ Travel & lodging
• ️ Event registration
• Outreach & materials to share our work
Our goal is $3,000. Every dollar ensures we can not only attend, but also represent Gaffney, South Carolina, Pueblo, Colorado, and the national disability community at the table where the future of AI is being shaped.
How you can help:
• Donate any amount—even $5 makes a difference!
• Share this campaign with your friends, family, and networks.
• Support our special “$5 Notary Fundraiser.”
This isn’t just about an award. It’s about showing that voices like ours—survivors, women, Latinas, people with disabilities—belong in conversations about innovation and justice.
Thank you for helping us get to San Diego. Together, we can show the world that community-led innovation is unstoppable.
