It’s basketball season and the Crossroad Academy Charter School Boys Varsity Basketball Team is headed to the State Playoffs in Lakeland, Florida. Crossroad is ranked #2 in their class, so the players and their coaches are looking to bring home that State Championship Title and trophy.

The Crossroad Academy Scorpions are ready to go all the way this year!!

Crossroad plays at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland, FL. Once we win on Wednesday, then we will play for the State Championship on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 7:00 pm. We must cover transportation costs, lodging, meals, etc. for possibly 4 days. We've estimated that it will cost at least $7,500 to get the team and coaches there, with the ability to stay those extra nights after we win.

There’s not much time for us to raise the money needed, so we’re asking for your help. Please understand that this is post-season play, so these games do not generate money for the school or the team. Because the teams in the FHSAA are always improving we never know how far we will go.
