When I was 25 weeks pregnant, my baby wasn't growing. My kidneys started to fail and I was forced to deliver my baby. Born December 17, 2018 Nasir Santiago Arellano was no bigger then my hand, weighing 400 grams doctors were only giving him a life expectancy of 2 hours at the most but he suprised them and while I was in ICU for 2 weeks fighting for my own life, Nasir was starting his life in the NICU, and that is where is still lives today. He has been through five surgeries, multiple infections and continues to fight hard for his life. We hope and pray he will be home soon. When he comes home he will need to be on oxygen, and/or need a tracheotomy. He will need a feeding tube, 24-hour care, phsyical therapy and speech therapy. I need financial assistance for what insurance doesnt cover, in addition to day to day costs since I won't be able to work. Each day is considered a blessing to me, each day I am at his bedside because his health is so touch and go. These funds would help me so much, especially when he gets home. Thank you so much!!!
