Baby Jack Geiger passed away on Sunday January 24, 2016 at the age of 9 months and 2 days after 5 weeks in the ICU. He was born with a chromosome 18 abnormality (specifically tetrasomy 18p). His short life was filled with nothing but love from his parents Erin and Scott Geiger.
Funds raised will help pay medical bills and associated expenses from Jack's hospitalizations. A donation will be made to the Chromosome 18 Registery (http://www.chromosome18.org).
