Well, where to even begin. This is something truly so personal and hard to open up about let alone share with the public and ask for help from our family and friends. Randall and I have been struggling with infertility for about three years now. About a year into dating Randall and I started discussing marriage and growing a family together! I remember the day we started arguing over me wanting three kids and him saying two is plenty, saying we were going to start our own new family traditions like hand cutting Christmas trees with our kids and bickering about names! We both desire to be parents so much we've been trying everything we can to accomplish this goal! Randall and I have tried medical and non medical interventions. We've had three failed IUI's, three different opinions from Reproductive Endocrinologist, three failed medicated cycles, 7 months of FSH suppression, weekly lab draws, diet changes, acupuncture every two weeks, monthly ultrasounds, bottles and bottles of vitamins, twice a day injections for  the past 8 months and just recently in October 2020 a failed round of IVF. I have been given a diagnosis of Premature Ovarian Aging/ Diminished Ovarian Reserve. Long story short, I have very limited amount of follicles/eggs/chances left and my body does not respond to treatments well. Our doctor has recommended we move forward with Egg Donor IVF. This means we will have to pay an egg donor agency to find a woman we wish to use as a donor for her eggs for us to be able to conceive a child. Randall and I need to come up with about $23,000+ dollars for our donors IVF cycle meds, ultrasounds, IVF procedure, donor's doctor appointments, Egg Donor compensation, agency fees, egg testing, my medications, labs, my ultrasounds and my procedure to transfer.
