Baby Yusuf

Hello, my name is Jemma. I am raising funds for a family and their 5 month old baby boy Yusuf who is suffering from Critical Congenital Heart Disease (CCHD) and has had 6 open heart surgeries/procedures and his parents have now been told his condition is critical and will let nature take its course…

I am asking to help this family by donating a little something to help them with accommodation, transportation, food and any other things they need during their stay at the hospital. They have a 3 year old son at home who would love for his family to all be at home.
