Baby Wyatt Crockett’s Parents

I’m Paula Blue & I am broken hearted. My best friends daughter & husband, Elisabeth & Daniel Crockett, after years of trying to be parents, have suffered the loss of their son, Wyatt, at 22 weeks.

Elisabeth was in the hospital in Owensboro, KY for weeks prior to Wyatt’s arrival via C-Section at Louisville’s Norton’s Hospital. Even though this couple has health insurance, the medical bills & the cost of Baby Wyatt’s funeral has created a huge debt for this young couple. The emotional strain of their loss is too much, let alone the strain of being in such debt.

I have watched Elisabeth grow into a loving young woman that chose to become a Registered Nurse. I was elated when she found & married the love of her life, Daniel. Then years of trying, a viable pregnancy sent us all ‘over the moon’ only to be heartbroken by the loss of Baby Wyatt. We never understand; we only have to learn to accept & cope.
