Baby Wesley’s Passing & Cremation

Hello everyone. It pains Jordan & I to even have to make such a request~~ As many of you know, Wesley was diagnosed with HLHS (Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome) on August 13th, 2021. It left both of us devastated, but Children’s Hospital in MN gave us some mild hope that he would be able to make it after a few open heart surgeries. With additional findings in October 2021, we were given additional news that his aorta has completely stopped growing & he has a right ventricle leak and that his chance of survival was extremely minimal.
Jordan and I have come to the decision that we are going to be preparing for comfort care when he arrives (around) December 23rd, 2021. Which means we will have a day or two with our sweet boy & then he will pass on into Heaven to join the rest of the precious babies that have not made it.
This news has been absolutely devastating for the both of us, and our families.
We come here to ask for help in regards to affording his cremation & memorial service. With Jordan and I having to be out of work, we simply cannot afford this without the help of others. Any contribution helps us, as we prepare to put our baby boy to rest with God
