ABOUT TILLY:

Tilly's scans on September 17, 2021 showed she was underweight and in the 1% for growth, indicating there might be a problem with how much blood and nutrients she was getting. Mom and baby were admitted to the hospital that day to be monitored. On Wednesday 9/22, Lauren was still in the hospital and found out she would be staying there until the birth of her sweet baby. That day her fetal tracing showed baby Tilly had an unprovoked declaration in her heart rate. This is normally seen as declarations of contractions. Though Lauren at the time was not experiencing contractions this meant that baby Tilly was under some other kind of stress, and it was decided that the baby would be delivered early. With many prayers both Lauren and the baby made it through the night. The next day,Thursday September 23 Jake and Lauren were told that the baby would need to be delivered that day through a c-section.

She might be tiny but she is MIGHTY! Tilly is developing more and more every day, and is showing her personality already. We are in love with this sweet girl and any financial support is welcome to help Jake and Lauren with medical expenses, covering time off for Lauren to recover, and any other unexpected financial needs that arise during this time.
