Baby Skylar Stephens' Cancer Fight
Hello, we're Malik Stephens and Kayla Dunn Stephens.
Ewing’s Sarcoma is an extremely rare cancer. In fact, it is hardly ever found in African American or Asian American children. There is no known cause. Unfortunately, this rare cancer has developed in our daughter, Skylar Elizabeth Stephens.
Sky-Sky is a precocious and loving two-year-old little girl who is the apple of our eyes. Currently, she is undergoing chemotherapy and may have to have radiation and surgery to remove the cancer. Her mom and I are doing everything we can for her but could use your help.
Your donations and your prayers will mean the world to my wife and me as we walk through this battle with our little girl. As you can imagine, the medical costs for treating Ewing’s Sarcoma is astronomical, and we’re turning to our community to help in any way that you can.
I'm a 2020 graduate of Georgia State University and I've just started out on my career journey. My wife is balancing a full course load at Georgia State while also working full-time. We've both missed many days of work and school due to this rare occurrence. Please help us as we focus our time, resources and attention on caring for our beautiful daughter.
Thank you, so much, for your continued love and support. We are forever grateful.
Love,
Malik and Kayla
