Sincere Lionel Hightower was born prematurely July 26, 2017 weighing only 2lbs alongside his twin brother Alexander Lamar Hightower. Sincere and Alexander both faced breathing complications and needed breathing machines to survive. In two months Sincere seemed to be recovering a lot faster than Alex. Sincere was able to breath on his own without a breathing machine for 5 consecutive days on the hospital's third attempt to get him to do so. The hospital felt that was good enough to send Sincere home. 15 days later October 9, 2017 a mother's biggest fear became her reality. Sincere stopped breathing on his own and died in his mothers arms. Upon EMS arrival they were unable to revive Sincere. All donations will be used towards a funeral service and burial for two month old Sincere Lionel Hightower.
