Many of you know, some may not, my sister Vanessa is pregnant with baby number 3, how exciting! They are going to be blessed  with a little boy, Rhett Matthew. He comes with a little surprise though.  Baby Rhett was diagnosed a couple of weeks ago with Spina Bifida. Spina Bifida is a birth defect where there is incomplete closing of the backbone and membranes around the spinal cord.  It is a scary thing alone but baby Rhett has also been diagnosed with Chiari Malformation, which is a problem associated with Spina Bifida. Vanessa and Baby Rhett will be going in for an extensive surgery requiring over 20 people in the operating room within the next week.  After surgery it is a requirement that Vanessa be within thirty minutes of the St Louis Children's Hospital. She will have to live in St Louis for the next couple of months. We are hoping that with this Go Fund Me that some of their expenses will be alleviated.
