Help Baby Quinn’s Road To Recovery

Quinn was born on July 30th, making Spencer and Madi happy new parents. She’s been a healthy, energetic baby who brings so much love and joy to everyone who meets her. Monday morning, at only 3 weeks old, Quinn suddenly stopped breathing and almost lost her life. She was silently suffering from a condition called Supra-ventricular tachycardia (SVT). SVT is a fault in the wiring of her heart. Sometimes, her heart races so rapidly, that it can’t effectively deliver oxygen and slowly suffocates her body. This condition is easy to miss and she’s incredibly lucky to be alive.

When she arrived at the ER, Quinn’s heart rate soared to 270 beats per minute and her blood became so acidic that her vital organs began shutting down due to oxygen deprivation. Quinn was rushed via life-flight to Primary Children’s Hospital, where she’s been receiving the top-tier medical attention she needs to survive.

The gifted doctors and nurses at Primary Children's Hospital were able to stabilize her, and she has been receiving the best medical attention possible, including life support. While Quinn is making progress, she has experienced significant damage to her liver, kidneys, and there are concerns about potential brain damage as well. Her journey is still uncertain and expected to be lengthy. She will inevitably need much more care over the coming years.

The cost of the emergency helicopter ride alone was $30,000. We've set a fundraising goal of $50,000 to assist with these overwhelming expenses, but any amount you can donate will make a world of difference to their family.

All donations will ensure Quinn has every opportunity for a healthy future. On behalf of Madi and Spencer, thank you for your love and kindness during this heartbreaking event. Your prayers, well wishes, and generosity mean so much to them. They have been overwhelmed with the community’s efforts to love and support their brand new family.
