Update: (as of 6/18 Baby O is 7 weeks old today & has had 3 open heart surgeries in less than 6 weeks of birth. He was days away from going home and as of today took a turn for the worst, we learned he’s in heart failure & has been moved to Cincinnati further from home & in very critical condition.)

I’ve had several ask about a gofundme…

As you all know Baby O was born on April 30th with heart conditions.

At 6 days old he had to undergo open heart surgery to repair the aorta coarctation & fix the VSD. He was placed on a ventilator & pacemaker coming out of surgery. Hospital stay was looking at 10-14 days at this point. Yesterday morning the vent was removed & he had a great day. Unfortunately things took a turn late last night & into the early morning hours. Baby O’s o2 dropped into the 30s and he was placed back on the vent. Sadly this set back has sit him back another week.

I’m asking for all the prayers we can get for Baby O. Those are appreciated more than anything but if you feel inclined to donate money to help with travel (as they live an hour from Lexington) food, gas money, bills at home while no one is working, etc. I know the generosity would be greatly appreciated. Everyone that knows Jessica & Shawn knows they would both give the shirt off their back.
