Support Samson’s Recovery

My name is Savannah. My water broke at 25 weeks pregnant due to an abruption and my son arrived via C-Section at 25 weeks and 6 days weighing 1lb 12oz. Samson was transferred to children’s hospital at just a few hours old after discovering he has a bowl blockage. Samson is getting nutrients through and IV until he is big enough for surgery to correct his tummy issues, and is on a ventilator helping him breathe. During this time the doctors have discovered that Samson also has a large Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA). This PDA is pumping fluid from his heart that is supposed to go to his body, to his lungs. Causing fluid build up in his lungs making it harder for him to breathe. The medicine they are using to help eliminate the fluid is negatively impacting his kidneys. This is a long journey ahead for Samson and our family. Dad and I are doing our best to keep things running smoothly at home so it’s ready for Samsons arrival, but we have run ourselves out of resources. We really need help with rent for the next month or 2. If you are unable to donate and happen to read this, please pray for us to get through this.
