Please help support Vance and Heather during this difficult time. Sadly Austin Fischer Hammond was stillborn at 39 weeks on October 20, 2018 at 8.5lbs and 20 1/4 inches long.
Heather also experienced medical complications after his birth and we are thankful for the incredible medical staff at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital that identified her issues and cared for her.
Vance, Heather and their two daughters, Riley and Reagan thank everyone for the outpouring love that has been sent their way during this sad time. The family will be holding a private funeral.
