Hi my name is Sara Morales and it is with a heavy heart that I ask of you to please help my best friend in donating anything you can to help cover some medical bills and funeral costs for her precious angel that passed . He was born premature and had a complicated surgery that took him from us . I know her bills are going to pile up and I know she would really appreciate the help. Out of respect to her and her family I did not upload a photo of baby . He was so small and fragile and fought hard these past few days but unfortunately he didn't make it .
