On May 18th, seven weeks early, Ana gave birth to a beautiful baby boy named Makai. Right now they could really use your help. 

Doctors discovered he had a severe intestinal abnormality requiring emergency surgery.  Being from a small rural village in Mexico he had to be brought by ambulance to a town 3 hours away. This ride was extremely expensive. During his four hour long surgery he lost a lot of blood and is in need of a full blood transfusion. Due to a blood shortage in their area, there is no blood to be given. In hopes to save his life, a local friend donated platelets but his little body is rejecting them. He needs to be transported to Mexico City immediately by ambulance but they will not do it without the money up front, which they do not have due to the overwhelming amount they have already had to pay for medical expenses.

Baby Makai is currently in critical condition but being denied medication and transport due to a lack of funds. 

Friends, please help Omar and Ana save their little boy. Every penny counts.
