As some of you may know, Ray and I are expecting another baby girl July 4th of this year. Unfortunately this pregnancy experience has not been as joyful as our others. We have found out Luna’s heart has many complications. As many things are still uncertain for baby Luna, we know for sure she will have to have major heart surgery shortly after birth. Her cardiologist also informed us her stay in the hospital will be pretty lengthy and there is the possibility of multiple surgeries in her future. They also believe baby Luna has heterotaxy and worry that there can be more complications she faces aside from her heart. As many parents enjoy hosting a baby shower with family and friends around this time of their pregnancy journey, we are asking for donations of whatever family and friends can afford. The expenses we are going to be facing are something we aren’t quite prepared for and we’re hoping to receive help that will be able to go towards Lunas medical bills, travel and other costs while she is receiving her care. We appreciate any help and every share everyone offers and know Luna is already very loved.
