The day we found out that we were having a baby boy we were excited. Our children were excited and could not wait to meet their baby brother. Each child had either rubbed my tummy, talked to their baby brother, wanted to pick clothes out for him already, and even kissed my tummy saying goodnight baby brother. Just last week our oldest spoke about how it was a big responsibility to be a big brother and he would help his siblings learn this. Strength through family. We were so proud of our children.
We worked hard to get everything ready for baby Luke to arrive. We were excited to begin this chapter in our lives and watch our family grow. I went to every appointment needed to make sure our little baby was doing great. The father made sure he was at every single appointment. We were ready for him to arrive. I came home from work one night and had his father put his hand on my tummy as well as my own so we can bond with Luke. Next morning I went to the drs for my regular baby appointment and was told to go to the hospital. Dr said they could not find a heartbeat, they had to induce; it was too late...
Luke was born Jan 26, 2019. 2pounds 11ounces. We lost him before he could even take his first breath. Our whole world came crashing down as our sweet little one was stillborn. Holding him in our arms was the hardest thing either of us had ever done. To hold his little hands and feet in our hands. We never thought we would meet him this way. Luke will be missed by his father, mother, as well as four older siblings.
We are asking first for prayers as our family tries to heal through this hard emotional time. This tragedy happened suddenly and unexpected. We started this page in hope that we can help our family pay for Luke Andrew's funeral and memorial services. Thank you and God bless you.
Luke, we will miss you. We love you so much; our baby boy. Your sisters and brothers all love you too. God has gained a handsome little Angel. You will always be remembered and never forgotten. Mommy and Daddy will see you again some day baby.
