Our beautiful baby boy Luca Jay gained his angel wings 3/3/23. He unfortunately had a misdiagnosed abnormal heart condition and although he tried his best to fight he lost his battle at Alder Hey children’s hospital. We are asking for any support to help give our beautiful baby boy the best send off and memorial we could ask for. Any help or share is enough support for us and we are greatful for anyone who can help us provide him what he deserves at this very difficult time.

this was very unexpected and we got to enjoy 21 days with our baby and a lifetime to love him.
