Kolby Lea Nicholas Johan van Vliet was born 10/21/2023. His parents, Cory and Kaylea van Vliet are heavily involved in service work to the south Orange County community, and have another young son, Caleb.
Baby Kolby was born early and will also require heart surgery for a complication known as tetralogy of fallot.
Kolby has been in the LA children’s hospital since his birth, and will ideally be eligible to return home in March following the heart surgery.
In the meantime let’s help Cory and Kaylea by assisting with Kolby’s medical bills, travel expenses to and from LA, and give them one less thing to worry about during this challenging season.
