Baby Katya's Fight

A few days ago, our great friends experienced every parent’s worst nightmare. They took their baby girl in for what was supposed to be her routine 1 year old check-up, a time to celebrate milestones. Instead, the day ended with an admission to Intensive Care for Leukemia treatment. This, of course, has come as a shock to Clay and Yesica and has undoubtedly been some of the worst days of their lives. Katya will need extensive treatment and extended hospital stays and potentially travel out-of-state to receive these treatments. Clay and Yesica are some the most dedicated parents out there and will do absolutely everything necessary to ensure that Katya gets the best treatment available. This GoFundMe is to ensure that Clay and Yesica get to stay right at Katya’s side during her treatment. To know Katya, is to know pure joy in life. Katya’s smile is never-ending and brings light to anyone that meets her. Even during this hospital stay, she has not stopped smiling. This diagnosis doesn’t seem fair, but we all know that Katya will beat this. Clay and Yesica are not ones to ask for help, but any donation is much appreciated.
